I went on it tonight and walked a mile. I know that doesn't sound much but for me it is...I haven't done much exercise apart from my paper round each day. I lost 100 calories on it. I hope to get faster as I get fitter. I hope I lose weight this month. I will be gutted if I don't because I am eating good food and exercising!
Apart from that not much has happened. Chatted to my friend Rob on the phone for awhile and that is it! I feel really good this evening after exercising! Wohoo!
