There is a new lady there this week as our leader John is away on holiday. She seems pretty cool...she has told me to write down everything I eat and take it into her next week. I told her I never eat all my points and she said that is the mistake I am making, basically you are supposed to eat all your points because if you starve yourself then your body goes into starvation mode and starts clinging onto all the food you do eat and retaining the fat. So she said eat all your points and your body will flush it through type thing. So I am going to try to eat nearer to my points each day. I am allowed 25 points.
In the past I have been mainly eating weight watcher food as it has the point value on it but tonight a lady showed me this point calculator and its great, basically you put the calories in and the saturated fat that is on the back of the packet of food and it tells you how many points it is worth! Brill idea!
